life’s habit

Every now and then, we see billboards, commercials and videos that smoking is bad to our health..Still, many are hook up to it as it becomes their vice, their habit..

Change is hard to do especially when oneself is involve.  We tend to be reactive, the most defensive.

But we start to change for the better if we will process it – that becomes again a habit.

The key in managing ourselves is diverting our habit with correct mindset and thoughts.  As the saying goes – with thoughts, it becomes things.

They say also that practice makes perfect.  Definitely, once you practice always for change, it becomes permanent activity, life’s habit.  Doing things to become a better person is life’s habit  – if we would like to change for a better.
