It is one of the hardest decision we need to make.
Doing the right things the first time is always the way to go.
It’s saves us a lot of time and effort, to some extent even resources. But what if many things from the past will be affected by changing the future? Many people will be even affected too. Not all people can easily adapt to change. For some, when there is change, they feel the pain. They will definitely challenge our thought process up to the point of discrediting us just to give us a hard time so we can not implement change. But for some people change will bring growth and development. They will embrace change as if they were longing for it for the longest time.
As if life’s challenges are not enough, we still need to make a decision such as this.
So how do we cope up on this situation? Here are some of my survival tips:
– Expect that you can not please everybody. So choose the person that really matter most in any decisions that you make. What effect would it bring to my core values.
– Always look at the big picture. Look at all angles. Revisit your objectives. Go back to why do you have to do it.
This is again a clear example on doing things that you hate to have the things that you love.
So the next time you have to decide on something, ask yourself, would you rather do the right things the first time or make a popular decision so as to go along with what is comfortable for a numerous few.
It’s your choice.
But for me, I’d rather be right.
So help me God.
