Good friend is a connection to life – a tie to the past, a road to the future, the key to sanity in a totally insane world. ~Lois Wyse
As christmas is fast approaching, friends are never missed out on your shopping list as you anticipate meeting them.
But why are you excited seeing your friends especially those close to you?
Have you ever had a best friend?
Your best friend can be anyone. It can be close to you like your family – brother, sister, uncle, auntie, husband or maybe your wife. Perhaps your neighbor, officemate, classmate or just a virtual friend you meet on the net. Mind you, it can either be your pets – dog or cat.
But how can it be beneficial to our lives?
Never underestimate the power of best friend. Best friend is always there through thick and thin of our lives – comfort us when we are sick and sad, calm us when we are angry, always there to inspire and even love us.
Brainy conversations and spending time with your best friend are enjoyable, helping you either to open horizons of understanding your mind or even sharpen your principles to something you believe.
Even sometimes you both act like an immature being to your chats, but at least at the end, you are having fun.
Whatever the reasons maybe, it is not that knowledge you got. Definitely, its something else as more than your best friend’s company – it’s deep within the person’s heart, a promise not only just a label. That even you are there side by side or miles apart, that momentous joy stay to you forever.
Yes, best friends are hard to find in our lives so if you have them, do cherish those moments. Life is after all too short – tell them how much you care and don’t let that love go to waste especially this yuletide season.
Since best friends are blessings, like to share this post with a simple poem:
About My Best Friend
Loving, courageous and strong
Those are the things I love most about my best friend…
Truly, a remarkable human being
As like a cute guardian angel sent above..
Straight to my heart as my best friend advises me
As I open without the fear of being judged…
I can have that big smile on my face
Best friend will still know something’s wrong..
There’s nothing I would change my feeling to my best friend
Even this person got fat, got thin, got old, got grumpy or whatever
I will and will always love the way my best friend is…
