“Hug them, kiss them and tell them that you love them. Don’t miss the chances that life is giving you to spend with people you love. There are no rewinds.” – Adam Sandler
I remember my father even he was so busy on day’s work, he made it a point to hug all of us in the morning. When he came late at night, he see to it he will also hug us even we were all asleep.
Great memories to cherish, that benefit not only him but especially us. No words to say at all but simply and purely telling direct to our heart how he cares so much…
So what is exactly a hug? Is it just an arms that goes to another? For me, a hug is a spontaneous signal of acceptance – a universal silent meaning that enfolds love and affection, that is why the heart is in between when you hug someone…
Based also on studies, hugs are therapeutic – it boost up body system, reduces stress and even cures depression.
Why? Because a hug makes your troubles away – especially with someone who gives you a great cuddles, or just a tight embrace.
Some people don’t care how much you say or you know. Sometimes, they just like to know how much you care – how they feel comfortable, safe and warm as you touch them as they delighted their charms and spirits within…
If everyone received one hug each day, the world would be a happier place to live in, a moment of fullest life!
So why not take it as a habit?
