“There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing” – Brian Tracy
Emails, cellphones, chatting, online games or social networking are just some of the great stuffs wherein we connect to each other even you are 100 miles apart. It is a great feeling when you started to talk with your loved ones with no boundaries at all. But when it started to get off your time, it is a saddned part that one has to re-think again and try to minimize it…
Think of the most important part of your life – family, health, spiritual well being and yourself.
If you feel your day with your family is your weekend, then prioritize. You can turn off your cellphone in the morning, spend quality time with them like breakfast together and have a chat with friends the most would be an hour just to be connected.
I know this would be going to be tough if we like to make the most of our lives prioritizing what is important. If you are use to be connected most of the time, unplugging will be a big adjustment.
It is like a habit, like a time to break but one will get used to it. Less tech time means more time for everything else you love to do. At the end of the day, still – relationships are deeply satisfying more than anyting else of your time which will bring your hearts closer to each other. Is it worth it? Definitely yes!
